We've had so many apples off our tree this year and I decided to get a fruit dehydrator. I wanted to make sure that I got one with a flexible tray system and that it had at least five trays, but was expandable.

I also wanted a good set of dehydrator instructions. In looking at them, I thought it would be great to have one the dehydrators that would do jerky as well. I looked on EBay,  searching fruit dehydrator dehydrator instructions dehydrators jerky.

It worked great, because I was able to save money and even read user reviews about the model that I was seriously looking at. I got a great deal on my dehydrator!
